		<description>when I do these, or military presses or any shoulder workout they always work my traps but never my actual deltoids. I want to wake up with the deltoid pain (on the sides) because I want them to grow rounder and get my shoulders broad. Is my form wrong or something? I really want some big delts. 		<description>fallout 3 far better,better dlc n its a very long game,fable 2 on other hand,way too fucken short,i finish it in 20 hrs sidequests included,fable 2 dlc are horrible also,only knothole island dlc is great,but its tiny when compare to fallout 3 dlc broken steel n point lookout,only thing fable 2 av thats better than fallout 3 is that in fable 2,you can av a family,fallout 3 your a virgin the whole game.</description>

		<description>@Danbo342 i kinda have the same thing with my knees when i do squats or leg press. I found that if i do the relevant stretches for a few mins i dont get the click thing anymore. maybe itll do the same for your shoulders</description>
